Sourcing creation at Mimi by the Sea

I get asked many times if I have an art or craft that I sell in Mimi by the Sea. I am creative in other ways, most entrepreneurs are multifaceted and I love appreciating and selecting what goes into the shop for the customers, particularly the newly created work and efforts of new creators since Covid. There is so much new and emerging talent out there.

In fact it is my major passion and I find it exciting discovering new greatness every day. Being a finder in this area means that others soon follow but to quote Oscar Wilde 'Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery that mediocrity can pay to greatness.' I am now approached more than I reach out to new crafters and creators.

The wealth of talent should be showcased and selected many times over. It helps spread awareness and equally gives creators a better chance of more earning and creative capacity. Many creators who I started with have grown faster than I have and I enjoy seeing that growth and being part of their support network.

In recent weeks we have added Banion Soap, Vivid Clay, Martin Walsh Art, Simply Mourne, Mourne Way Apparel, Ebb & Flow NI, Majukooo and Anglea Gillen Art to Mimi by the Sea and we have lots of items and creators planned over the next few weeks.

We also have exciting and exclusive Brooke & Shoals news in that we have been given (exclusive stockist) permission to sell the candles, diffusers and diffuser refills online!!! To celebrate 🍾 we are doing a free travel candle giveaway with a £40 spend.

And if that wasnt enough for September we have now released our Christmas Shopping evenings by exclusive appointment so get in touch with us to secure your spot for the 4 Friday nights in November. And it's rumoured that Christmas could start to arrive in Mimi by the Sea this week for those of you who are ready...

Hope you are all well as we embrace the autumn season.

We are Mimi by the Sea 🌊 Gift - Home - Dream.
